The Sirromet Dirty Duo has been postponed until Sunday 26 September 2010.

The Duathlon format will incorporate a 5km cross countryn, followed by 40km cross country cycle leg and finishing with a 5km cross country, providing an exciting finish. Total race duration should not be more than 4 hours. The teams completing the 12 laps in the shortest time will take home the glory in each category.

The Trail Run
The first and last run loop is a 5km loop course that takes athletes on the challenging XC trail. An aid station with fluid replacement and water will be provided.

Mountain Bike Leg
The mountain bike leg is a 40km multi-loop course. The trail is 100% double tracked, providing ample room for both elite racers and novices alike. An aid station will be provided on the bike course at the completion of each loop.
